Description
Garlic (Allium) is a genus of monocotyledonous plants from the Amaryllidaceae family. Some species of the genus Allium have the Czech generic name onion, leek or chive. Garlics are perennial herbs, geophytes, with a storage organ in the form of a bulb and simple alternate leaves.
