What format are the photos in?
All Environment Textures Marketplace photos are in JPG format. It is also possible to buy TIFF and RAW versions of some of the photos.

Can I submit photos to sell?
Of course, you can submit your photos and sell it in Environment Textures Marketplace. Click here for Manual.pdf and learn how you can upload your products.

Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the Environment Textures Marketplace photos that I download?
Yes. While Environment Textures Marketplace offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.

What is Free Account?
Creating of Free Account provide you to use Lightbox, Cart and Email to a friend. You are able to buy content one by one. You will pay for each photo which you choose.

What method of payment do you accept?
We partnered with 2checkout.com and PayPal.com to provide you several options for buying the images. You can pay using your PayPal account or if you don't have one, using your credit card via the 2checkout.com option. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

What kind of images should I upload?
We are looking for well defined computer graphic content, high technical level in terms of color, definition, lighting. Environment-Textures offers photo textures and seamless textures for modeling and texturing 3D objects and 2D graphic. You can find motivation in Environment-Textures or in our categories. All files must be uploaded in JPG format, RGB, free of noise or any other artifacts, with a minimum size of 3 MPx and a maximum of 70 MPx. Minimum photo size width is 800 px and height 600 px.

I found 3D models in your site. Could I upload 3D models to selling too?
Yes, of course. You can upload 3D models in zip file. Minimal resolution of 3D models selling in Marketplace is 2500 vertices.

What is PayPal and how I can pay by it?

I uploaded my photos but I can´t still see it in gallery and categories. Is it right?
We provide high quality photos and therefore we check each uploaded photo. We approve uploaded photos to 24 hours. You will be informed by mail about result.

My file was refused, what should I do?
For any specific question, especially regarding refusals, please do contact support. The email will be answered shortly by one of the adminstrators and you will be able to adjust your future submissions or even to resubmit the file. We would love to accept all images but the site has a specific audience and we want to maximize your portfolio's sales potential. Our criteria for selection are based on this potential.

I am graphicer and I would like to add seamless textures. Do you accept it?
Of course, we have category Seamless where you can add your seamless. Seamless textures are special repeated images. You can study more in free3Dtutorials.com tutorial.
All seamless textures must be uploaded in JPG format, RGB, free of noise or any other artifacts. Minimum photo size width is 2048 px and height 2048 px.

Is account sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.
